Freud thought he'd be a footnote, save for this cocaine thing. And then his friend became an addict and died. So there were two deaths of which he one could imagine a kind of feeling of malpractice that haunted him as he first became a psychoanalyst. You could almost hear like the cocaine where he says like, I'm going to be the discoverer of the unconscious. One day there will be a plaque.
