Interoperable Commerce Network

India is taking on what's called a decentralized commerce networks. The idea of creating an interoperable commerce network, maybe a better word than decentralized is an asset layer. What does it really mean? Is that today, if I want to book a taxi in a city, I would open a taxi platform app like Lyft or Uber or whoever exists in that city. If you take our notion of this one platform notion and think like internet, what internet did to us, we could be thinking a network view rather than a platform centric.
