Pixar and Animation: Zero Governance

Pixar and animation in general, it's not governed by the WGA. They do hire screenwriters to come in and actually write the screenplay at some point. The writer of Beauty and the Beast said she made like $35,000 total from that movie. There's no residual protection or anything like that for live action writers.
