The Cano Model Is What I Like to Apply to Product Strategy
The cano model is what i like to apply. I've applied it to figure out what your value proposition is. It's also your product strategy. Basically you see in some of my other talks right now, why don't walk you through the cano model? The way to read this grap is, hey, the more the product meets the need, as we go from left to right, the more customers satisfaction is created. If we were in the micro processor business, then our micro processor was ten % faster than anybody else's, we'd be out performing by ten%.
