Hean millheiser: Both parties now have a much more clearly defined sense of what they want out of the supreme court than they did when bryer got there 28 years ago. Briers had a very successful career and a very successful tenure on the supreme court. I think it's time for some one younger who better understands the politics of the moment to sit in that seat.
