Are You the Right Investor to Create Value?
Are you the right investor o create value? Know yourself, right? Are you someone that is great at raising money, but have never swung a hammer? Maybe you shouldn't be in there trying to install the kitchen or o'r doing the dema. The next one, does the deal serve you? Does it serve your investment strategy? If you need the money out to do with another project in six months, a bying hold is probably not a good idea.
