The Importance of Informed Consent
People's understanding of the external female genetalia is really poor. They don't realize that there are three holes, the vagina, the anus and also the eurethra. It takes quite a lot of time to plain to women exactly what condition they have before you get on to actually talking about treatment. And it would be really helpful, i think, if we could empower women with the knowledge of their own anatomy. That would, i think, make a huge difference going forwards.
