Are You Doing This Without Overacting to Pressure?

You don't really want to add an owner who's not entripenureal and pressing for this. That's exactly the kind of person you want to be your partner. But if it's being held over your head as a club that, if you don't do this, i'm going to leave, well, that's not the spirit of partnership that you're looking for. If somebody is pushing too far and using it as undue leverage, that's too so there's something in the middle here. Just an honest acknowledgment of the value they're bringing to the table - but you shouldn't feel like this as a hostage negotiation.
