I think it's less and less common to see people staying at companies for as long as the two of us have been. I definitely have lots of chats with people just starting out both looking for advice on moving up or getting into the industry. So yeah, it really has been a matter of I have never gotten bored. And every year I'm doing a completely different job than I was doing the year before.
