Pastoral Leadership - The Man Before the Watching Church and World

Biblically, is sexual holiness in being literally a one woman man? Is he faithful to his wife in body, mind, heart and words? Does he care for her as christ does for the church? Such wholeness also relates to his own household management. Distraction and abdication at home make him unfit for Church leadership. Finally, we have the inevitable public dimension, the man before the watching church and world.
