How Can We Heal Ourself From the School System After We've Completed?

How can we heal ourselves from the school system after we've finished? We have a desire, we don't want to learn any academics anymore. You start by just relax and learn things that you're curious about. It might be cooking or kite surfing on Maui in Hawaii. And as your curiosity grows, your enjoyment grows again. So I wouldn't force yourself to do only serious things, whatever that is. Just do things that interest you. And let that lead you in good ways.
