Is There a Recurring Theme in Your Family?

I think I'm searching for their approval. That's what I think it is. And that's something that I'm trying to overcome in the sense of like, but that's the reason why I don't feel like I'm worthy of love. It's like my grandparents left. I didn't know why felt maybe it was because of me and then I tried to patch the relationship up. Didn't work out. Do you feel like there's a recurring theme here where you take on the weight of your family to fix it? Yeah. Absolutely. But yeah, I do think that's a fair statement at times.
