She says it includes workers who are in bad jobs where they're not able to unleash their full productivity. Kohn: People with jobs can use their current wages to say, like, you have pae x amout in order to get me to leave my current job. If people currently in jobs are all looking for other jobs, which is the kind of narrative of the great resignation that's happening, then you actually would see wages rise.
