It would have been left to some sort of sharing arrangement where into hell and then Jim at Judiciary, who would have done good things on FBI anyway. But by centralizing a kind of command and control within this important now subcommittee, you are now highlighting the extent to which we need to go to war with the tyrannical bureaucracy," he said.
