Internal Transfers - Is That the Way to Go?
Olly says a lot of companies want to have the person in for one day. He suggests having them sit with you and then do that instet of in lieu of all the other interviews. Olly: A pogamy test is irrelevant, because you don't turn up at work and have your boss say, ok, everybody in the team here's an np complete problem. So what's the point of doing that during recruiting? But instead, you know, what you do have to do every day is to turn up, learn new things, work with a team, not be a jerk.
