I'm Taking Care of the People Around Me

In August, I lose 50% of my clients. My first employee stays with me for a week and then decides he has no idea what the fuck you're doing in America. The problem with comfort is it breeds complacency. If you make it all about you, you will inevitably quit. Whereas if you make it about something bigger than you, or another human being, it gives you this extra energy. You know that you're either going to disappoint or make someone proud.
