How to Use Hypnosis to Overcome Anxiety
There's a lot of all of the things pretty well that you can use hypnosis for. We break it down into two broad categories, remedial change and generative change. Helping someone overcome fear and anxiety would be remedial change. Generative change is creating a new resource or improving something you already do well. The nice thing too is when you build your schema, as we always tell people to do on this podcast, then you'll have more resources with which self hypnosis can help you apply that knowledge.
