Learning Design Thinking - Empathy Doesn't Matter
Donald norman says that empathy doesn't matter. He believes there are three big things in an emotional design. The viceral appearance of the stuff, how it mer your first impressions and what you do to move through this experience. And i think he's absolutely right on here. I think there are cultural differences with regard to useability,. which people don't realize. But that was a side point here. It's not empathy you need, but data.
