Are You Trying to Make a Vegan Diet?
I ate a lot of these in the wegan week, just because i just needed something as a protein source that was the most readily available thing there was easy for me to cook. I think they might serve a purpose for maybe tnhelping people transition. But at the end of the day, lentils andand black beans andhere all sorts of a legumes, they're not expense products. The expensive ones are these new vegan, you know, process foods under the disguise of healthy ah.
