The History of the Champions League

The Champions League was founded in 1955. The current format of the Champions League started in 1992. Things get tweaked over the years, and even recently there was a minor change in the double-legged knockout phase. I think that before the away goals that you scored had more significance than the goals that you score at your own stadium.
