A lot of people are not trained to have the difficult conversations. You can probably solve 90 % of issues in any company if everybody around was comfortable having difficult conversations by such a critical skill. Radical candor, i think, is the one that we're talking about. I would recommend people o spend some time thinking through these things and also reflecting if they've ever seen some one navigate a tricky situation really well at work.
