The Misinterpretation of Ecological Psychology

I think there are lots of words that people are not necessarily misinterpreting, but they're interpreting in their own way through their own lens and then applying it in a way that wasn't necessarily intended. And moving backwards a little bit to the ecological thing, my sister is studying zoology. She has a completely different mind's eye thought process about ecology. It's drastically different. So I think those words used can be confusing. That's frustrating.
