I run a design agency that works on a subscription model where companies pay a flat, fixed monthly fee and I do all the design work that I can get done for them in that month. The ideal client is like a marketing director at a company that is probably trying to grow a little bit. And we talked a little bit about what kind of newsletter I could create for them. Because my service helps people all save time and money that talks about apps and services that also do that. That's the kind of explanation. So I'm still figuring out my niche for it, but I think it's obviously companies that have a budget that have an ongoing design demand and often like a backlog of work
