The Importance of Educating the Market

Gav: I don't actually think you are aware of the impact that you have had to so many people's lives. The amount of times in that interview is my first. What's a good real estate agent do? They educate their market. This is selling for this. This is what we think is going to happen in the next three months with the election. All I'm doing is educating the market because then people turn around and say, you know what? And the free stuff is going to be as good as the stuff they're paying for.
