Critical Race Practice in Intensive Care Medicine
As a white person in crit care medicine, i don't think i think enough about my race and the effect that it has on my patients. What are we transmitting, both explicitly and implicitly, in conversations in the intensive care unit? And what effect is that have on the decisions that they are making? Those are questions that i find really, really fascinating. I think there might be some troubleing answers to those questions but so important in improving outcomes in iseay.
