Soas hallo, and welcome to something rhymes with purpre for cast about words and language. I'm susy dentd, a linguist and lexicographer. With me, as always, is the absolutely brilliant jars brand o's your christmas girls? Well, it's been fun. It's being festive every day between the feast of saint nicholas, which is the sixth of december, right through to the sixth of january, twelfth night. And i've had a slightly nervous christmas because i was appearing on a television show on boxing day called all star musicals.
