The Sleepwalking Defense in the Arson Trial
Terrell used the same defense in his arson trial. It's feasible from a neurological perspective that a sleepwalker could kill another person while asleep, but then attempting to conceal evidence while asleep. So if he were trying today and used the sleepwalking defense, particularly for the arson element, he would probably not fare so well since that was part of the concealment of the crime.
