Leadership Is a Collective Tempering

Leadership is not just the single rod into the single fire, but really we are all first being heated by that. Most leaders don't have enough relationships. They need partners, they need mentors, they need friends, they need all of those. If I was ever bishop and I could decree something, I would decree that if you are leading and you are trying to do it alone.
