The Keys to Employee Engagement

People at this point want to feel valued, and that the work they do is appreciated and it matters. More than ever, more than ever, purpose and great work matters. And then lastly, i would say, be flexible. We just actually surveyed our organization, including our contractors, so above two thousand people we surveyed last month about what is most important to them. 83 % of the people said, flexibility. So figuring out how to give people flexibility and removing rigid in their work, i think, is a great place to invest in retaining great people.
