The plaintiffs are seeking a class action status, which is yet to be decided before the case goes to trial. Depending on how many plaintiffs end up being part of this class if indeed there is a class approved, it could end up being millions of dollars in damages here. Trump and his three adult kids, Don Jr, Eric Trump and Ivanka Trump are also defendants in that case and his company. They've all denied wrongdoing.
