In the past, it is both the fact that these are acquisitions or spin offs. I think people are much more hesitant to make a change in the portfolio. Florida Corps is interesting for some of the reasons you mentioned. They have not only a model that is going to be specifically optimized around a goal. And so they're getting, they're cutting out the middleman prices are cheaper.
