I think a huge part too, is that part of that trust relationship is knowing where the person is in terms of their level of competence ight. I tend to believe that people will simply kind of supervise themselves and they'll also be comfortable hearing back. Coaching is very much a process of of holding somebody up, yes, you know, supporting. And so i think that's a critical feature of leadership and and management.
