Being able to recognize that fact and say, ok, this thing on the list, maybe it doesn't need to be done until next week, or to morrow, again, a different day. And then you can, you can restart your engines and going ye. Keeping that communication in place, so that everyone is on the same page, will help you ramp back upso that you can get back to the even side of the world instead of the odd.
