I keep myself informed of new development by reading blogs like yours and your companies, forums within the CTV. Networking is very important and that's how I keep myself up to date attending networking events. If you can find a mentor or two, that's another plus always talk to people who know more than you do. A lot of my other partner teams look out for technology and then they do case studies and papers. So those are really good place to learn about.
