Veganism Is a Mean of Survival for African Americans
As african american people, that we nearly double the risk of dying early from heart disease and strokes than white folks. And so it is a matter of survival for us. I do think that im i've heard so many tories of people's health, you know, being down, down in the dumps and coming back from it. It has to be explored with sensitivity. For most people and contemporary cultures, it's a really powerful option to go this direction.
