The Importance of Remembering Stuff

I like it when people come up and say, oh, I remember you said this. The number of people who can remember always what the illustration meant doesn't phase me. But if you're trying to facilitate encounter, the fact that they don't necessarily remember the detail is actually not that important. To benefit from a meal, you don't need to remember it. You just need to eat it.
