Marcell Niederhauser has been part of various network marketing companies for 31 years. He was one of the first Distributors to join LifeVantage. The leader you see today isn’t the same person he was when he started this journey. He was terrified of public speaking for years. He thought he could be the first person to succeed in this industry without ever speaking in public. In this episode, he teaches the steps to become the leader who pulls your team up behind you. Marcell never liked the idea of following convention, let alone having a boss. And it didn’t take him long to put his ambition to work. As a student, he started his own landscape maintenance company, which eventually became one of the largest businesses in Utah. Oh, and that didn’t get in his way of earning three bachelor’s degrees (along with an associate degree) in the process. It wasn’t until after selling his business that Marcell was able to finally become a full time “do what I wanter” by becoming one of LIfeVantage’s original distributors. Today Marcell is focusing his ambition towards helping others go full time in what they truly love.
