Do Senior Status Judges Have an Honorary Position?
Judges with active status are full time judges who hear a full complement of cases. When a judge assumes senior status, they don't sarily stop hearing cases. The ambiguity of senior status may be why the d c circuit web sit lumped all the judges together. But even if seniors imprasise, i think the d c Circuit should just keep two lists.
