What's Your Sales Pitch to a User?

Self custody of your identity is all about removing friction. We're seeing in the future that this is genuinely a way to remove friction. I should be able to scan a QR code on the car windscreen for a company I've never used before. When you say it like that, it sounds so simple. It's so desirable. Oh, that's the idea, right? The underlying tech, there's huge amount that goes into it. Like it's really hard, but a goal is going to make it so easy as possible.
