How to Leave Signposts and Start a Business

Nancy: My last day at signpost was in April 2020. It's kind of a weird time to step down. I had a one year old at the time, I ended up breaking my legs. So I think it was a big lesson learned for me that I'm much happier with the sense of purpose and building something than like literally staying on the beach.
