Using End Quote Particles in Con Longs

In English, you can turn an entire clause into an attribute. But that's more like another way of making relative clauses really. Starting around page 210 is where all of this interesting clause nominalization is going on with interesting examples. On page 213, there's an interesting end quote particle which combines with other things in complicated ways.
