In the past week, i've had two cases that made me think a refreshin anti cragulation reversal would be particularly helpful. The first one was an unstable massof hemoptisis on aspern and plavics. And the other was an atramatic inter cranial hemorrhage with aphib on warfrin gacha. It's definitely helpful to understand the mechanism of action of these agents in order to figure out how to reverse them. Agreed. But this is a huge topic, so maybe let's just focus on true anti coagulents and save anti platele along with anti platelet disorders, for another day. Deal.
