Is There a Border Between Perfectionism and Self Love?
Self love is the balance between accepting yourself as you are, and then knowing you deserve it. I think what we need to do throughout life is accept our life for what it is - but also aspire to do better. When we become obsessed with a particular goal, we start creating our own suffering because we want life to go a certain way. And i think achieving that balance is kind of almost like a skill that you you develop throughout life.
