The Role of ZAP 70 and CD 38 in CLL Diagnosis
I think generally, what we don't see our patients to the right stage for CLL is a more clinical classification. And certainly these days we have these very many molecular subtypes of CLL importantly the fish test, P 50 mutation test and IHV mutation test which certainly as I mentioned before should be done for patients because it can also help us decide treatment for an individual patient. Do you routinely use other prognostic markers like ZAP 70 or CD 38 status or beta to microglobulin like do you typically order them at baseline?
