With Jiu Jitsu you probably had little things here and there right that could be called injuries. There are people that have avoided rolling with me because purely because of my size. I've said no to training partners because they're just a little bit too crazy. Don't roll out of school where it seems like the gym culture is we kick everybody's ass and you go home and you come back and do it again. You got to make sure the instructor is good. If you have a nagging knee injury right let your training partner know hey so I'm going to let you know. It's when someone does something injured shoulder that you didn't get injured that you need to tell them about
