Is There Still a Beginning, Middle and End in Big Idea Non Fiction?

When i started the story grid webs you know, the first thing i did was to just delineate everything that i knew about fiction. And then after i'd finished that, that took about six months of twice weekly posting of two to three thousand words. So for fiction, when we talk about the three act structure, the aristotelian sort of beginning, middle and end,. I thought to myself, well, there has to be a beginning,middle and end in big idea non fiction, too. That's how i began to look at non fiction in the way that i always viewed fiction.
