The Problem of Raceism in the United States

Nevor: There's a layer of people who think that the united states is a fantastic society, but that it has this one deformation. Nevor: For them, the problem really does come down to exclusion. And what i try to show in the book is that these racial practices are completely embedded in the institutions they say if we just change the law, we'll allow black people to flourish.
