The next pandemic will require a big investment but I think of this as the best insurance policy the world could buy. Asians have big risk in Africa's also a big risk because the boundary between humans and animals is getting closer and closer. You know if we're rational yes the next time will catch it early and it won't go global like it did this time. Something people don't like to talk about much which is bioterrorism that somebody who wants to cause damage could engineer a virus.
