Is the National Draft Right Around the Corner?

Alex Castellanos says the draft is coming after a false flag terrorist attack. He thinks Cheney needs a bigger military and recruitment is down. Meanwhile, there are these unspecified bill proposals or drafts that would bring back the draft,. They're just waiting to go. Any of these things could be true or not but even if all of them are true, it does nothing to suggest that there's an elaborate plot to pull a false flag in order to bring in the draft.
