The thing about sasae or service that's so important is the continuous delivery of an experience to your customer. It has to be up it has in a data base, corrupt data or anything like that. All these things arearcret more. I think it actually leads to a very different i think it can lead to a longer term ownership of a customer experience if, in fact, you can continue to ve and provide a great competitive experience.
